Francis X. Clark, the firm's principal member, commenced the practice of civil litigation in 1980. Mr. Clark has had a wide range of experience in prosecuting claims for money damages in all of the Courts of Southeastern Pennsylvania, including the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Federal District Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts.
